We believe that AURA8HOME brand products are made with the highest quality materials and workmanship. On the off chance that we ship you the wrong item or the item you purchased is defective, we want to make it right.

We strive for your complete satisfaction!

We are a small business and are able to offer unique and custom orders.  It is likely you will talk to the owner when contacting us. 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We ask that you please review your items carefully before check out.  Please check sizes, return eligibility and ask questions prior to purchase.

Live plants due to their unique or delicate nature will not be eligible for return. Also, sale items, discounted items, "As Is",  and items claimed in LIVE or FLASH sales are all FINAL SALES.  

We aim for 100% Customer Satisfaction and want you to be pleased with your purchase and our service. 

If there is ever any problem with your order we will do our best to help you resolve it.

You must:

  • Contact us within 15 days from receipt of your order for a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your return. 
  • All products must be re-wrapped well in the original packaging and in new & unused condition with all tags intact. 
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless damaged in transit, It is then your responsibility to contact the mail carrier.  
  • All products must be returned with tracking.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Please remember: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund will be approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
