We ask our business customers to whitelist our email address to avoid our emails going to spam. Please make sure that because we will email you invoice with shipping cost as soon as we ship your order.

SHIPPING:
Fulfillment time is 3-14 days depending upon stock levels, and therefore all wholesale clients are asked to plan accordingly.
Domestic orders will ship via low carrier rates UPS \ FedEx \ USPS. For all international orders Insurance is required (when available).
We always keep shipping costs as low as possible for our retailers and never add any additional handling fee to your invoice. Customer must pay Aura 8 Home within 7 days of receiving the invoice or the goods.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one.
Our return policy for shipped wholesale merchandise lasts 7 days and covers replacement or credit for damaged or missing merchandise.
After 7 days we cannot exchange or credit your wholesale purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
